Thanks for (considering) commissioning me to make a digital illustration/s for you.I mainly focus on custom character illustrations, with proficiency in armor, sci-fi, & fantasy.Full-body depiction of character/s of your choice with a simple frame & base (see images for examples).

Size of my illustrations are either A4, US Letter (bond) paper at 300 px/inch resolution or similar size.Pixel width and height are 2480 x 3508 (A4) and 2550 x 3300 (US Letter).I DON’T illustrate the following: sexually explicit NSFW content, realistic styles, portraits, animals, complex and detailed backgrounds, racist/hateful pieces, extreme violence/gore.

Please provide the following info to request a commission from me.

Process

Contact me through twitter, discord, or email and provide your commission request information.Please read the information in my Commission Info.In case you or I have questions, we will discuss. In case your commission request is for commercial use, we will negotiate further details.As a courtesy, you may ask me to make 1 small watermarked sketch to gauge if I can do your commission request.I will appraise and quote a price for your commission request.If we are in agreement of the price, I will then send a PayPal invoice to the email you have provided.Payment must be paid in full before I work on the commission (beyond the 1 small watermarked sketch).If my commission slots are full, I will wait 5 days for your payment. If you are unable to pay, I will move your commission request out of my queue to work on other commissions before returning to you.When I work on your commission request, I will send updates for your feedback.When I finish, I will send you the finished commission through twitter, discord, or email (your choice).

PRICES

Prices are in $ USDCommissioned Illustrations cost $65 to $90 per character with additional fees if you request a simple background ($15 to $30) and/or I have to significantly design/conceptualize your character ($10 to $30).If you commission for me to illustrate more than 1 character, I will give a $5 discount per character.In case you are unsatisfied with my numerous attempts to illustrate your character/s and if I have to make many revisions, I will charge an additional fee for the additional work.Prices are set for personal use only. For commercial use, we will have to negotiate further.

My Terms and Conditions

When you commission me, you must agree to all my terms.I have the right to refuse any commission request I deem beyond my capacity to do.Each finished commissioned illustration will have my signage on them (my signature, logo, and name placed in a non-intrusive way).Unless negotiated prior, the commissioned work is strictly for personal use only and not for commercial use.You are not allowed to sell digital or printed copies of my work (unless negotiated otherwise).You are not allowed to alter, modify, or reproduce the commissioned work in any way, nor remove my signage on them.You are allowed to post the commissioned illustration on social media as long as it is for personal use only (unless negotiated otherwise) and as long as I am credited.As the creator of the commissioned work, I have copyright over what I have made. Clients cannot claim to have specifically made/created the commissioned work.If the character/s being requested is of your original making, you have the rights to the idea of the character/s as your intellectual property (for example “Spider-Man created by Stan Lee, drawn by Humberto Ramos”).Please clarify with me if any words, terms, or explanations are unclear so we may avoid misunderstandings.

PAYMENT

Payment will be through PayPal’s Invoice. I will send it to the email you provide.Payments must be made in $ USDPayment must be paid in full before I work on the commission (beyond the 1 small watermarked sketch).If my commission slots are full, I will wait 5 days for your payment. If you are unable to pay, I will move your commission request out of my queue to work on other commissions before returning to you.

Refund Policy

After the invoice I send has been paid and I begin work on your commission request, I will not issue a refund.If I am unable to complete the commission request for any reason, I will let you know and issue a full refund and cancel the commission.
